BIX Card applications are available to residents of the following 99 countries and territories, subject to eligibility checks and successful identity verification (KYC).
This list covers card eligibility. Physical-card shipping, Apple Pay availability, and purchase-location restrictions are separate and may vary by card program. Being eligible to apply does not mean the card can be used in every location.
If your country or territory is not listed, card access is not currently available there.

Within the U.S., the app can be downloaded in all states, but the KYC and BIX CARD processes can ONLY be used in the following U.S. states:

Apple Pay availability
Apple Pay is compatible with the BIX Card in U.S. states where the BIX Card is available, as well as in most supported countries.
However, in the countries listed below, the BIX Card cannot currently be linked to Apple Pay.
