Step 1: Open the BIX app and go to the bottom of the screen. Select Settings, then tap your profile. You will be able to view your account information. To continue, select Delete Account.
Step 2: A new screen will open explaining the consequences of deleting your account. Read the information carefully and, if you wish to continue, accept the applicable terms and conditions and select Request Deletion.
Step 3: Finally, you will see a message confirming that your deletion request has been received successfully. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a notification confirming that your account has been deleted successfully.
