No. BIX does not have access to your funds. The BIX Wallet is fully self-custodial: you control your keys and can export them whenever needed. BIX cannot access the funds held in your wallet.
The funds used to top up your BIX Card are kept separate to cover purchases made with your card.
Your wallet: only you hold the keys
The BIX Wallet is fully self-custodial. Your keys are created on your device and remain under your control.
You can export your private key from the app settings. BIX cannot access, move, spend, lend, or otherwise use the funds held in your wallet.
Your card balance
When you top up your BIX Card, the funds remain available for purchases made with your card.
BIX cannot use those funds for other purposes or move them freely.
