How to Withdraw Affiliate Earnings from Baji Affiliates

Prerequisites for Withdrawal

Before initiating a withdrawal, ensure you meet these requirements:

Have at least 5 active players by Sunday 10:00 PM (players with weekly turnover of at least ৳3000 in any game)
Complete KYC verification through My Account > Affiliate KYC
Verify your registered email and phone number
Have no negative carry forward balance

Link a verified Player ID to your affiliate account
Login to your affiliate account.
Select My Account > Profile > Commission > Apply > Withdrawals.
Next, select the 'Player' page (located next to 'Bank'). You will only be able to see this option after completing the Commission Designation and meeting all eligibility requirements.
Select your Baji account (designated) and input the available amount you want to withdraw in the “Amount” section and select “Submit”.
Select “Yes”. On the last page, input the verification code that has been sent to your registered affiliate registered email . Select “OK”.
Withdrawal is done. Kindly login to your Baji account to check.Once funds are available in your player account, you can withdraw them further to linked wallets like bKash, Rocket, or Nagad.## Important Timing Information

The weekly cycle runs from Monday to Sunday, ending at 10:00 PM
Commission earnings are credited to your affiliate account on Wednesday if all conditions are met
Withdrawals can be processed after commissions are credited

Troubleshooting

'Processing' Status: Withdrawals marked as 'Processing' might face delays due to technical issues. The Baji Affiliates team is actively resolving these, and funds will be credited once resolved.
Unusual Delays: Specific technical or system-based issues can sometimes lead to delays. While such events are uncommon, resolution times may extend up to an hour. Regular updates are provided, and your patience is appreciated.

If you're unable to withdraw funds, verify that:

All prerequisites are fulfilled (KYC, active players, etc.)
Your Player ID is properly linked
You have no negative balance Note: Direct bank or wallet withdrawals from the affiliate account are not permitted. Commissions must first be transferred to your linked Player ID.
Mistaken withdrawals: If a withdrawal was made in error, the balance is typically reversed within 30 minutes. Complex cases may take longer.
Check that the expected timeline for withdrawal processing has passed before raising any concerns.
