From your homepage: Decide to feature some suppliers in your homepage and make them visible to your audience
From the search bar: Let residents filter suppliers so they get exactly what they are looking for

Initial setup: Set your wanted commission level, share basic guidelines...
Invitation: Invite local service suppliers to join your marketplace via Blackbell mailing tool
Supplier page: The service provider fills in his "page" with content, products & services, images...
Commission: You agree on a commission level for all marketplace transactions
Approval: You review and approve the supplier page
Publishing: All done. Page will instantly appear in your website. You can of course feature a page of your choice as part of the "highlights of the month" or in any other sections of your platform
Local service providers could also apply to join your marketplace directly from your Blackbell website / app.
Is it easy for suppliers?
Very easy .
Onboarding: Once suppliers receive your email invite, they will be able to access an online onboarding so they can set up their page, products and main parameters such as order alerts, chat groups...
100% mobile: A mobile app lets them manage their page and orders from their mobile
What about payments ?
100% automated.
For your final customers: Before ordering a product or a service, customers will have to save their CC information. Information will be saved for future orders.
For the marketplace: Simply connect your Stripe or Transferwise account to your platform and collect payments on the go
For the supplier: They will also need to connect their Stripe or Transferwise account to their platform to collect payments on the go
Payments will be automatically dispatched like this:
For the marketplace: Commission − Blackbell service fee (4%)
For the supplier: Service price − commission shared − transaction fees (varies depending on plan)
What is the price to build a marketplace?
For the marketplace
To build a marketplace, you must sign up to the Marketplace Plan.
For the supplier: it's free.
There is no cost for suppliers to join your marketplace. Upon joining your marketplace, suppliers will be on Blackbell Free plan and will be able to add and customize:
Their full page which includes: basic information, presents their services...
Up to 4 products & services pages
Where is it available?
For now, only establishments with a Stripe account or a Transferwise account can build their marketplaces with our tool.

How to setup your marketplace?
From your Blackbell admin interface, under the Marketplace section.
Start setting up the terms of your marketplace then invite suppliers.
