We let you track your incoming payments and transfers to your account (Stripe or Transferwise) from the Payments section of your back office.
The "Payment Logs" section
From this section, you can track all the payments you have accepted from your customers. The orders can come from your Blackbell or from a marketplace you have joined.
In any way, for all the orders that have been confirmed from your back-office, the payments will be displayed here.
By clicking on "details" view all the payments details including:
Related order #
Customer name, email
Stripe / Transferwise reference ID
If order has been placed on your platform or on a marketplace you joined. In that case, amount of commission shared with marketplace
Fees
Net amount you have earned

Easily reach the corresponding order page or issue a refund from this page.
The "Transfers Logs" section
Here, understand how much exactly was transferred to your Stripe / Transferwise account.
This included both:
Direct sales to customers (label "Payout")
Commissions you have made from sales from your suppliers (if you have enrolled suppliers to your marketplace) (label "Marketplace")
Labels will clearly specify if payment was made direct or if it is a commission.
By clicking on "details", understand how much fees were charged.
