We charge service providers a Blackbell Service Fee and a Payment Transaction Fee every time a payment is processed via Blackbell.
Fee components
The amount of the Blackbell Service Fee varies between 2% and 5% depending on the plan you subscribe to.
The amount of the Payment Transaction Fee depends on whether you've chosen to accept payment via Stripe or Transferwise.
If via Stripe: 2.9% + 30cts per transaction if you've chosen Stripe
If via Transferwise: 2.9% + 30cts + a variable fee depending on the currency of your Transferwise account. Learn more about this variable fee here.
Fees are calculated from the booking total and are automatically deducted from the payout to you.
To see the Service Fee and Transaction Fee amounts charged for a particular booking:
Go to E-Commerce > Manage > Payments > Payments logs on your back-office
Next to the payment you want to review, click on Details
