Manually add a stay on Blackbell

You may have to add stays manually on Blackbell for several reasons: 

  • At check-in, you want to auto-login in-room tablets

  • You want to generate a token to give to guests so they can activate some services or access the platform (Residential Condo mode)

How to do

▶︎ Quick path: E-Commerce > Manage > Guests Stays 

  • Start by listing all your sites / stay locations under: E-Commerce > Manage > Setup > Listing

  • Click on "Add stay" and fill all the required fields. Note that the field "reservation number" cannot be blank. 

Once you created your stay, the stay page will open. You can review details and amend if necessary.
