Import Booking.com reservations, automate "welcome emails", boost satisfaction and pre-stay upsells

In a few clicks, you can automate sending a "Welcome Email" to guests when they book a room.

Each guest will receive an email in his preferred language and will be automatically logged in your Blackbell app to place an order or chat without the need to create an account

A reservation can be created manually by a staff or automatically via Booking.com, Protel or Micros Opera live imports.

Import Booking.com reservations:

Go to Promote >  Emails 

1. Near "Prepare your stay" click on "Create"

2. Click on the blue "Connect with BookingSuite" button:

You must be an Admin of your hotel in Booking.com in order to authorize the sharing of reservations with Blackbell.

3. Once inside Booking.com, click Accept.

Customize the email:

You can customize the email to show or hide blocks about:

  • Pre Check-in 

  • Late Check-out 

  • Coupon discount
