Setup instant alerts about incoming orders

Set up instant alerts per department to be promptly notified about incoming orders. You can choose to notify internal team members or external staff. 

How to

▶︎ Quick path: E-Commerce > Manage > Setup > Team & Alerts > Instant Alerts

  • Select the department to setup alerts for 

  • Add the team members that belong to this department (team members must have been created first)

  • Setup email alerts, phone alerts and SMS alerts 

About team members

  • Under each department, you can register internal team members to receive instant email, phone and SMS alerts

  • Only team members who entered their phone numbers will be available under "Instant phone alerts to" and "Instant SMS alerts to"

  • Each team member can unsubscribe or subscribe to additional alerts from his personal settings

  • Your team can download the Blackbell Manage app to manage orders the go. They could activate push notifications to be notified via push as well

About external staff 

  • You can also register external people from your organization to receive alerts about orders. However, they won't get access to the platform to handle those orders. 

Pre-requisites

Team members must have been created first!
