Blackbell plan is flexible. There is no commitment. Fully manage your plan from your admin interface or with the help of your sales rep.
Case 1 : You signed up online
In this case, you can very simply manage your plan from your admin interface.
⚠️ Only administrators can manage plan
▶︎ Quick path: Dashboard > Admin Settings > Configuration > Plan & Billing
You can do the following:
Pick a plan
Switch from monthly payment to annual payment
Enable add-ons available: Ex: Online payments...
Cancel your plan
Even if you cancel your plan, your platform will remain active until the end of your licence period
Case 2: You signed up through a sales rep
In this case, you should get in touch with your sales rep to modify or cancel your plan.
