For each Blackbell Calendar set your preferences to:
Import from Google Calendar to Blackbell
Export from Blackbell to Google Calendars
Import From Google Calendar
Each event in Google calendars will be automatically added to your Blackbell Calendar
Export To Google Calendar
Each event in your Blackbell Calendar will be automatically added to your Google calendar.
Authorize import / export
Open Blackbell Google Calendar settings to grant access to your Google Calendar.
How to Setup:
Open your Blackbell Calendar settings on the "Sync Google Calendar Page"
If you sell multiple services ( example "rent a kayak" and "rent a paddle SUP board"), or have multiple resources, we recommend that you create a specific calendar for each, in Google and in Blackbell too.
View your Calendar in Blackbell
Open the Schedule tab to view your calendar, with all events added automatically from Blackbell new orders, manually by your team or imported from Google Calemdar
View your Calendar in Google
Open https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ to view your calendar with all events added in Google Calendar or imported from Blackbell
Useful Information
You can import and export to different Google Calendars in your Google Account
Blackbell never deletes event created in Google Calendar
If you move an event in Blackbell, it will move it in your Google Calendar
If you move an event in Google, it will move it in your Blackbell Calendar
If you deleted in Blackbell an event created in Blackbell, it will delete it from your Google Calendar
