You can enable / disable receiving broadcast emails.
To receive broadcast you need to enable broadcast in the 2 places.
If one of the 2 places if OFF, you will not receive broadcasts.
In your user profile
Scroll down to notification settings and enable / disable broadcast
From your master settings ( via email link )
Find a broadcast email you have received in the past
from:notifications@blackbellapp.com broadcast
ex. for gmail users https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#search/from%3Anotifications%40blackbellapp.com+broadcast
Open preferences via this link :
Click on "View Opt Out Preferences"
Make sure the toggle OPT OUT is set to NO to enable broadcasts
In the screenshot below, the opt out is set to YES so this user won't receive broadcasts
Push Notifications:
Not receiving? Try the steps:
in the iOS Settings app > notifications of your app, check notifications is enabled
open the app and logout, then login, it should ask you to enable push
You should see as below "Push Active"
If you disable and then enable push notifications in your device settings, you will need to log out and then log back in to subscribe to push notifications again.
