Anytime a customer uses your Blackbell platform - visits, chats or orders - his actions are automatically compiled into his profile.
How it works
You can access all of your customers' profiles here:
E-Commerce > Manage > Customers
Customers are added to this section as soon as they sign up to your platform ie.
When they create an account from your left sidebar menu
When they order a product / service (as they need to create an account)
When they chat with you (as they need to create an account)
You can easily export the list of people in CSV, excel, PDF or print it.
All in one place
By clicking on a customer's name, you get access to the full customer profile: visits, orders, chats, redeemed coupons...
New actions (visits / orders ...) are automatically added to his profile.
Always in context
Instantly access a customer profile from an order page, a chat page or from your analytics dashboard.
