How to create a coupon code

▶︎ Quick path: E-Commerce > Promote > Coupons > New coupon
You first need to give it a name (for internal use), then inform 3 types of information:
The rules of your coupon code: you must define here the code type you want and its value
Code type: creation of a single code or creation of multiple codes in bulk
Discount type: fixed amount or percentage
Discount amount : Fixed amount or percentage
Conditions to redeem the coupon: you must inform here the number of times the coupon can be used and until when
Limit per customer: a single customer can redeem the coupon code only once / unlimited / a specific number of times
Expiration date: the coupon code is valid forever (ex. WELCOME-COUPON) or before a specific date (ex. CHRISTMAS-COUPON)
Services for which the coupon applies: All or some of your services
And it's done!

How to manage coupons
▶︎ Quick path: E-Commerce > Promote > Coupons
You can see the list of all the coupons that have been created in your platform, sorted by status: active coupons or expired coupons.
You can "open" a coupon page to read the summary of its settings.
You can also see the list of customers that have already redeemed the coupon code.
Coupons that have been created can be shared to the audience of your choice via different kind of tools (ex. via your own internal tools or via Blackbell mailing tool).

How can a customer redeem a coupon
The user experience is simple. The coupon code is requested during the booking process (see below).
⚠️ The coupon code step will only appear for paid services. Coupons cannot be used for "by quote" services

How to manually apply a coupon from the back-office
You are also able to manually add a coupon before confirming an order (⚠️ only if the coupon apply to this specific service!).
You can easily add the coupon code from your orders' manager when processing the order.
