About

This is when you want to take bookings for repair & maintenance for example and you have the following constraints:  

  • You want to offer 2 slots: Morning & Afternoon - As you need to organize planning yourself (transportation constraints, priority...)

  • Bear in mind you'll need to get back to customer the day before the scheduled service with a firm timeslot

How to setup

1. Create a calendar (Path: E-Commerce > Calendars)

  • Name: Furniture Mounting   

  • Availability: Select week-days and set 2 large timeslots - 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm

  • Blocked dates: Depends on your operations

  • Max per slot: 3

  • Max per day: 6

2. Associate to the Furniture Mounting service

  • Open the "Book furniture mounting" service and click on Calendar 

  • Link: yes, to calendar Furniture Mounting   

  • Event duration: yes - Match what you have set under "Availability" in calendar. Here, it is 4h (240min)

  • Availability increments: Leave empty

  • Buffer before event: Leave empty

  • Buffer after event: Leave empty

  • Extra time: No

  • Booking rules availability: Depends on your operations

  • Minimum schedule notice: Depends on your operations

The service is now ready to be booked.
