How to join a marketplace
Path: Marketplace > Sell via Marketplaces
Pre-requisite
You must have activated payments on your Blackbell platform as all transactions will be online.
You must have prepared one (or multiple) page where you present your business and include your products / services.
All of the products and services you are selling via the marketplace must require online payment
✅ Tip #1: You can build a dedicated page for external marketplaces. Or even 1 page per marketplace you plan to join. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same page you use on your website.
✅ Tip #2: Make sure to add all the necessary information (about, cancellation policy, terms...) on your page as customers won't have access to your website. So the page should be self-explanatory.
Apply to join a marketplace
Go to Marketplace > Sell via Marketplaces. You will see all marketplaces that mark themselves as "open". This means they are ok to receive applications like yours.
You can view their websites and also learn about them by clicking on "More Info"
When you are interested in joining one marketplace click on "Apply to join" and fill in the requested information:
About marketplace: Learn about the marketplace and introduce yourself. Add your email address for easier communication.
Guidelines: Read about marketplace guidelines and approve them
Commission: Here is the commission share you must approve
Page: Select the page(s) you would like to submit to this marketplace
> You can select your own page(s) or page(s) from your own suppliers pages.
Information form: Fill out the form. These questions were defined by the marketplace and will help customers filter their search results on the marketplace website.
Once your application is ready, just click on "Submit"
The marketplace will be notified and will get back to you to approve / reject your application or she has questions.

You can track the status of your application by clicking on "View Application"
Your application can be under review or approved. Here is how it is displayed.

How to add more pages to a marketplace
If you want to add more pages to a marketplace you've already applied to:
Go to Marketplace > Sell via Marketplaces
Select the marketplace and click on "view application"
Click on "Pages"
Add more pages
Click on "Save"

What happens when someone orders one of my services from that marketplace?
When someone orders one of your services via the Marketplace app, you will receive the order in your inbox.
The following mention indicates where the order comes from.
"Marketplace order
via: XXX"
Payments details can be found under your "Payments" Tab (E-Commerce > Manage > Payments > Payments logs)
You can check the fees that were charged (commission shared to marketplace and transaction fees)
