We have the ability to sync with your POS to provide features such as inventory pull, order pull, order push, customer pull, and customer push. Depending on the third-party Point of Sale used, we have the ability to provide features such as inventory pull, order pull, order push, customer pull, and customer push to our clients. 

Inventory Pull 

List of all product details, inventory stock, and pricing from the POS. Inventory Pull maps POS inventory data to products displayed on your online menu. Baker/Blackbird pulls inventory data from your POS. 

Impacted Features - Online Menu, Online Ordering, & Loyalty

Benefits of Use - Enables accurate inventory counts that update in near real-time within your online menu. Eliminates the need to manually update or manage inventory in two platforms. It can all be managed from the POS.

Order Pull 

List of all completed customer purchases from the POS. Order Pull lists all completed customer purchases from the POS. Baker/Blackbird pulls order data from your POS. 

Impacted Feature - Loyalty

Benefits of Use - Enables the ability to utilize a loyalty program that grants points per dollar (along with Customer Pull). Allows you to view all sales in one platform (combining in-store from POS and online from Blackbird)

Customer Pull 

List of all customers from the POS. Customer Pull allows customer data to associate with purchases (using Order Pull) to calculate loyalty points. Baker/Blackbird pulls customer data from your POS. 

Impacted Feature - Loyalty

Benefits of Use - Allows for accurate points-per-dollar loyalty point calculation (with Order Pull). Provides insights into the customers and their profile information that's kept in the POS

Special Note: Customers that have already engaged with your store using Collect or Experiences and have matching information in your POS (matching criteria differs for each integration) will earn points for their order. We match on criteria between the POS and the Customer Center:

Option 1 - First Name, Last Name, Phone Number
Option 2 - First Name, Last Name, Email. 

This information must be present and match in both systems for points-per-dollar to be awarded. In cases where a short name has been entered into the customer account (ie. Tom Condor in the Customer Center and Tomás Condor in the POS), there is a fuzzy match to connect Tom Condor with Tomás Condor. 

Order Push 

Access to create new customer orders in your POS. Order Push automatically generates all incoming online orders in your POS for order fulfillment. Baker/Blackbird pushes order data to POS. 

Impacted Feature - Online Ordering

Benefits of Use - Allows for online orders to be sent to POS so product inventory is updated accurately (along with Customer Push). Creates operational efficiencies since product inventory only has to be managed from the POS.

Customer Push 

List of all customers from our platform. Customer Push automatically generates all customer profiles attached to online orders in your POS. Baker/Blackbird pushes customer data to POS. 

Impacted Feature - Online Ordering

Benefits of Use - Allows for online orders to be sent to POS with associated customer details (with Order Push). Updates POS with customers from online orders that are not yet in the POS.
