Adding Custom Shortlink to Your Message
You can add a custom link to your message. If you paste their desired full link into the Add Shortlink field, a shortlink will be generated on your behalf. However, pasting directly into the message body will not auto-generate the URL into a shortlink.
Please Note: Shortlinks will not be included in messages that are sent as test messages to location or organization employees. Shortlinks are only included in messages sent as bulk SMS marketing messages, and the test messages do not fall into this category at this time.
