If you are currently using manual redemption for your Loyalty rewards, you will need to manually accept or deny all redemptions from the Loyalty Block.
How to View Reward Redemptions
Begin by selecting the Customer Center Block, choose the Loyalty Block and select the Redemptions tab. This displays the redemption log which shows all redeemed rewards and points used.
You can filter the redemptions by the following status: Pending, Redeemed, and Denied. Depending on the type of client, rewards will either need to be manually redeemed or are automatically redeemed.
Please Note: Clients using the Blackbird POS will have rewards redeemed display on the order as soon as the customer is added to an order. The Employee will be required to accept the reward redemption before the reward is officially applied to the order.
Accepted Rewards - Displayed in black to show the day, date, and time the reward was accepted. Accepted rewards can still be denied if you want to give the points back. When a customer redeems a reward from the Checkin App, the points are instantly removed from the customer's balance. When a budtender manually redeems a reward on an order on a customer's behalf, the points are not removed until the order is completed (Complete Order button).
Denied Rewards - Displayed in red to show the date and time the reward was denied. No points are deducted when a reward is denied.
Pending Rewards - Rewards that need to either be accepted or denied. Rewards need to be manually managed if you do not have auto redemption enabled.
Location - Location that reward was redeemed at/for.
Status - Status of reward redemption (pending, denied, accepted).
Date/Time - Date & time that reward was redeemed.
Customer - Customer who redeemed reward.
Reward - Type of reward that was redeemed.
Points - Amount of points needed to redeem reward.
Action - Manual acceptance or denial of reward redemption.
