To access your order history, start by logging in to your BlackbirdGo account. Next, select the Account button in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the Order History tab.

Current & Past Orders

With the Order History tab, you are able to view all current and past orders placed on BlackbirdGo. By clicking directly into the order, you are also able to see the products ordered, any discounts or rewards that were redeemed, taxes & fees applied, etc. 

Lastly, you are also able to follow along with the fulfillment of your order, as the order statuses update along the way for your convenience. 

Order Statuses

Sent - Order has been sent to the dispensary. 

Preparing - Order is in the process of being fulfilled by the dispensary staff. 

Ready for Pick Up - Order is ready to be picked up, in store, at the dispensary. 

Ready for Delivery - Order is ready to be picked up by a driver for home delivery. 

On the way - Order is on the way for home delivery. 

Completed - Order has been completed. 

Delivered - Your order has been delivered by a driver. 

Cancelled - Order has been cancelled. 

Estimated Scheduled Delivery 

If you ordered from a menu that offers scheduled next day delivery, here is where you will see the delivery window you chose at checkout.
