These are not buy recommendations, but alerts that unusual activity is detected using a combination of pre set filters and historical data.  From here we sort our alerts into the Top 10 Gainers, and Top 10 Decliners, each day and post the results of the previous day on our website.  It is up to each trader to do their own due diligence to determine if a particular stock is suited for their trading style, risk tolerance, or portfolio.
