You can cancel your subscription with us at anytime under "Subscription" under your profile image in the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you cancel your subscription, you will still receive access to the system through the end of your billing cycle. If you have any issues with your cancellation, please contact us at Support@BlackBoxStocks.com.

Our system is expensive to run and we have very tight margins, as we have market data fees and costs to acquire users.  So, we don't issue refunds except for hardship reasons.  If there is anything we can do to help you with our site we are more than happy to help!  We want to make sure you get the best experience possible.
