Our system starts each morning at 7:00 AM EDT.  There is a brief period where the system is resetting from the previous day.  At 7:02 AM EDT, the Pre-Market Scanner will populate.  Our day scanner runs during the day and our Post-Market Scanner starts right at the market close, 4:00 PM EDT. The options flow starts when the option markets opens at 9:30 EDT.
