Why did I get an error message when I tried to add a payment method?

This could be for a variety of reasons, e.g. we currently don't support your credit card or your credit card has expired.

If the error message was not distinct, please contact service@blacklane.com and tell us which type of card you tried to add, any information included in the error message, and which browser or app you used. For security reasons, please do not send us your credit card details.
