I booked a ride with the wrong pickup or dropoff location. What do I do?

Once you have submitted your ride request, it is no longer possible to change the pickup location. Please contact your chauffeur, and they will see if they can accommodate your request.

Changes to the dropoff location are not currently possible once a booking has been placed. If your chauffeur has not yet arrived, simply cancel your booking and place a new request with your updated details.

If your ride is already in progress, please speak with your chauffeur, and they will see if they can accommodate your request.
