What it means: Your login credentials aren’t being recognized, or your account hasn’t been migrated yet if you have never logged into Blackout v2.
How to fix:
Double-check your email and password.

What it means: Blackout can’t connect to the internet to authenticate your account.
How to fix:
Make sure your iPad has internet access (try Safari or YouTube to confirm).
Go to iOS Settings > General > Date & Time → turn on Set Automatically and confirm your Time Zone is correct.
If both steps fail, our authentication system may be down — contact support so we can verify and assist.
⚠️ "You have reached the maximum number of devices"

What it means: You’ve already logged in on your maximum number of allowed devices.
