User Permission — Reports

Control which users can access the Reports section in Blackpurl using the Reports user permission.

The Reports user permission lets dealerships control which user groups can view and run reports in Blackpurl. When this permission is enabled or disabled for a group, it affects whether the Reports option is visible and accessible in the Blackpurl header.

Configuring the Reports Permission

Navigate to User Permissions, select a Permission Group, and review the General Permissions — Reports setting for that group.

The Reports permission has two states:

  • Enabled — Users in this group can access Reporting from the Blackpurl header.

  • Disabled — The Reports option in the Blackpurl header is greyed out for users in this group, preventing access.
