The Reports user permission lets dealerships control which user groups can view and run reports in Blackpurl. When this permission is enabled or disabled for a group, it affects whether the Reports option is visible and accessible in the Blackpurl header.
Configuring the Reports Permission
Navigate to User Permissions, select a Permission Group, and review the General Permissions — Reports setting for that group.
The Reports permission has two states:
Enabled — Users in this group can access Reporting from the Blackpurl header.
Disabled — The Reports option in the Blackpurl header is greyed out for users in this group, preventing access.
