Blackpurl Standard Forms Reference

A reference guide to all standard print forms available in Blackpurl, including what each form contains and links to related how-to articles.

Blackpurl includes a set of standard forms available to all dealerships at no charge. This reference covers every standard form currently available, describes what each form contains, and links to the related how-to articles for each one.

Available Standard Forms

The following standard forms are currently available in Blackpurl, provided free of charge:

  • Parts Invoice

Parts Pick Ticket

The Parts Pick Ticket is printed from the Parts Picklist section of a Customer Order and is used to pick parts from inventory for fulfilment. For full details on the Parts Picklist section and how to print a Parts Pick Ticket, see Parts Picklist on a Customer Order.

Parts Invoice

The Parts Invoice is generated when completing a quick part sale for a known customer using stock on hand parts. The invoice number will display as TBD on the preview until the Customer Order is checked out. The Parts Invoice can include a disclaimer section. To learn how to configure a disclaimer, see What is a Disclaimer / How to setup a Disclaimer (no longer available).

Customer Deposit Receipt

The Customer Deposit Receipt is generated when a deposit is receipted onto a Customer Order. The receipt can include a disclaimer section. For step-by-step instructions on receipting a deposit in different scenarios, see How to Receipt a Customer Order Deposit (no longer available).

Service Job Worksheet & Service Order

The Service Job Worksheet and Service Order are documents generated for customer service jobs. Both forms share the same header and customer information layout. For full details on these documents, see Customer Service Job Documents Reference.

Service Invoice

The Service Invoice is produced when a service job is processed. The invoice number will display as TBD on the preview until the Customer Order is checked out. For instructions on processing a service job, see How to Process a Service Job (no longer available).

The Service Invoice includes the following information:

  1. The unit that had service work completed on it

  2. The concern or reason why the work needed to be completed

  3. A detailed outline of the work that was carried out

  4. Charges for parts, labour, and fees related to the work

  5. Any customer notes added to the invoice

  6. A disclaimer section, if configured — see What is a Disclaimer / How to setup a Disclaimer (no longer available)

Offer to Purchase

The Offer to Purchase is a two-page deal document that captures unit sale details, financing terms, and customer agreements. For information on adding a co-buyer to a financed deal, see Add a Co-Buyer to a Unit Deal.

The Offer to Purchase includes the following sections, each included only when the relevant information has been selected or entered on the deal:

  1. Customer details

  2. Unit being purchased

  3. List of additional options, if selected

  4. Other products and fees, if selected

  5. Trade-in details, if selected

  6. Finance details, if selected

  7. Co-buyer name, if selected

  8. Customer notes, if selected

  9. Deposit method, if selected

  10. Breakdown of all charges, units, trade-ins, installed options, fees, and payments, if selected

  11. Disclaimer information, if selected

  12. Signature row, if enabled in disclaimer settings

Bill of Sale

The Bill of Sale is a two-page document with the same structure as the Offer to Purchase. It includes the following sections, each included only when the relevant information has been selected or entered on the deal:

  1. Customer details

  2. Unit being purchased

  3. List of additional options, if selected

  4. Other products and fees, if selected

  5. Trade-in details, if selected

  6. Finance details, if selected

  7. Co-buyer name, if selected

  8. Customer notes, if selected

  9. Deposit method, if selected

  10. Breakdown of all charges, units, trade-ins, installed options, fees, and payments, if selected

  11. Disclaimer information, if selected

  12. Signature row, if enabled in disclaimer settings

Deposit Receipt

The Deposit Receipt is generated from a Customer Order and shows the amount deposited, the payment method used, and the date of payment.

Deal Invoice

The Deal Invoice summarises the unit deal at the point of checkout. The invoice number will display as TBD on the preview until the Customer Order is checked out. The Deal Invoice includes the following sections:

  2. Customer notes, if added

  3. A breakdown of charges, payments, and taxes

Vendor Order

Vendor Receiving

Vendor Return
