Scheduled Reporting

Schedule reports to run automatically and be emailed to Blackpurl licensed users on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Scheduled Reporting in Blackpurl lets you automate the delivery of key reports by emailing them to licensed users at a set frequency. This article explains how the feature works and how to configure a scheduled report.

Important Information

Before setting up a scheduled report, note the following:

  • Only emails attached to Blackpurl Licensed Users can be configured to receive scheduled reports.

  • Not all reports can be scheduled. At this time, only basic reports with a single parameter are supported. Reports with multiple parameters cannot be scheduled yet. The Blackpurl development team is continuing to expand scheduling to cover more reports.

  • To schedule reports, a user must have the Report Scheduling user permission assigned to their account.

Two additional options will appear: Edit Report Scheduling and Delete Report Scheduling. Select the appropriate option to update or remove the schedule.
