How Do I Cancel My Monthly Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on our website through your account, by clicking 'login' at the top right-hand corner of the screen and entering your credentials.

Once logged in, you'll be directed to your main account page. Here, you'll see various options related to your account settings and subscription. Look for the 'Manage' button next to your active subscription and click on it. This action will take you to a new page specifically related to your subscription details.

On the subscription management page, you'll find options to either pause or cancel your subscription. Click on the relevant link to proceed with canceling your subscription. Upon clicking the cancellation link, a side window will pop up, asking whether you'd prefer to pause the subscription for up to 3 months or cancel it altogether. Choose the cancellation option.

After selecting the cancellation option, be sure to click on 'CANCEL' to confirm your decision. This will initiate the cancellation process. Follow any additional prompts or instructions provided to complete the cancellation process. This includes confirming your decision and providing feedback.

Please keep in mind that we bill on the 15th of the month for the following month's package. To avoid being billed for the upcoming month, ensure you cancel your subscription prior to the billing date. Any cancellations completed after the 15th will still result in receiving the next month's package, as billing for that month would have already occurred.
