You will receive your first package in the middle of the month, in the month following your initial purchase. For example, if you signed up for your subscription in June, your first package will be shipped in mid-July.

We will send out an email on the 1st of the month, letting you know that we're preparing your package and approximately when you can expect it to be delivered. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to make any necessary changes to your shipping details or delay your delivery if you will not be available to receive your package during the given window. 

Please check your junk/spam mail folder as many of our emails end up there the first time around. 

We will send another email in the middle of the month once we have shipped your package. This email will contain your tracking information so the delivery can be monitored. All tracking information for gifts is sent to the purchaser. Please keep in mind that by law, someone over the age of majority in your province must sign for your delivery. Couriers are legally not allowed to leave your wine on your doorstep and for this reason, we strongly suggest getting your package delivered to your daytime address.
