How Do I Pause My Subscription?

Your can suspend upcoming payments in your online WineCollective account.

To place a pause on your subscription, simply login to your account on our website by clicking 'login' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once logged in, you'll land on your main account page. Look for your active subscription, where you'll find a 'Manage' button. Click on it and select 'Pause' to pause your subscription for up to 3 months.

Remember, your account will automatically resume after the paused period ends unless you re-pause it. To resume your subscription prior to the initially chosen month, please contact us as this action can only be done from our end.
