How Do I Change My Credit Card Information?

To update your billing information on our website, begin by logging into your account. Simply click 'login' located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once logged in, you'll be directed to your main account page. Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select 'Billing'. On the billing page, locate and click the 'Edit' button. This action will prompt a side window to appear. Inside this window, click the 'Send Update Email' button to receive a secure link for updating your credit card information.

If you haven't received the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.

Upon receiving the email, click the 'Confirm Payment Information' button to proceed. You'll then have the option to change your credit card details, set up Google Pay, and update your billing address. Once you've made the necessary changes, click 'Update Card' to finalize the process.

In the Billing section, locate the payment you wish to use for your subscriptions and click on the downward arrow next to it. You'll find a button labeled "Move subscriptions here." Clicking this button will ensure that your monthly payment is processed using the selected card.

And that's it! Your billing information is now successfully updated.
