We do our best to make sure you or your gift receiver, receive your wine successfully. The 'Heads Up' email on the 1st of each month provides you with a shipping timeline so you can prepare for the upcoming delivery. We also send a shipped email once your package leaves us. This email includes your tracking number so you can follow your wine as it travels to you. Please note for gift purchases, all tracking information is sent to the purchaser.

When packages are not successfully delivered and returned to us, it is most likely because you or your gift recipient was not available to sign for the delivery or after the delivery attempts, it went unclaimed. You can check out our Shipping Details page here for more information on couriers and the rules around shipping wine.

When we receive a returned package, we will try to get in touch with you by email to arrange the next steps. We will always reship your first returned package free of charge.
If a package has been returned to us a second time or there is more than one return shipment on your account, we can ship it back to you for a small fee (the cost of base shipping is $15 + tax and any applicable shipping fees).
If you'd prefer not to receive your returned package, we will cancel the delivery and send you a WineCollective gift card for the paid value of the package, less the $15+ tax return shipping charge and a $10+ tax restocking fee.
