How Does Delivery Work?

I want more information on how my wine is shipped to me

Thanks for your interest in WineCollective! We are happy to give you a bit more information on our delivery process, which is one of our great advantages of joining the Collective - the convenience of receiving a curated selection of wine delivered directly to your door each month.

Once your purchase is made, your first package will be delivered the following month. For example, if you purchase in January, your first package will be shipped in mid-February. On the first of the shipping month, you will receive our 'Heads Up' email that will inform you of some important details:

  • The cut-off date for making changes to your delivery (address change, shipping delay request, etc)

  • The estimated shipping timeline

When packages are shipped out, you'll receive a second email with the tracking number (for gift purchases, all shipping information is sent to the purchaser). Be sure to keep an eye on it! Someone over the legal drinking age needs to sign for the package. For that reason, couriers cannot leave it unattended.

If you don't think you'll be home for the delivery, we encourage you to have it shipped to a daytime address. If you miss your delivery, your package will be available for pick up at the courier depot.
