Upon signing up to WineCollective, you will receive a welcome email containing an account invitation link. Please make sure to activate your account through this link to gain access.
Follow the instructions below to reset your password and gain access to the store and your account.
Go to www.winecollective.ca
Click login at the top right-hand corner of the screen
Click 'Forgot your password?'
Enter the email that is associated with your account
If you want to change the email on your account, get in touch with us.
An email with reset instructions will be sent to you
From the email, click on "change my password"
This link will take you to the WineCollective site and ask you to create a new password
Once you have submitted your new password, go back to the login
