If any of your wines arrive damaged, please contact us at thecellar@winecollective.ca within 30 days of receiving your package and let us know what happened.
If you’re a current subscriber, we will send you a WineCollective gift card for the retail value of the damaged bottle(s).
If you’re not a current subscriber but are receiving monthly deliveries as part of a gift package, we'll be glad to either send a replacement package of the bottles that were destroyed or send you a WineCollective gift card for the value of the damaged products so you can purchase new bottles from our online store at your leisure or use it towards the purchase of a new gift or subscription.
