Why am I being charged retail price? Why don't I get club pricing?

It's great to be part of the Collective. All members receive an additional 20% off retail prices in our online store.

Our online store is open to everyone but there may be a few reasons why you may not have access to our member pricing:

If you pause your account, your membership is also considered paused. You will need to reach out to us to remove your pause.

If you received a gift membership, your access to our online store will also end with your last shipment. You can either sign up for a new subscription or our Ultimate Choice Membership which will give you access to exclusive wines, member pricing, and the online store for $10/month.

If you are an active member, please make sure that you are logged in so that the club pricing is reflected in your cart.
