As a general guideline, most of our subscription orders are shipped out mid-month. Due to the nature of the subscription service, there may be up to one month between the purchase date and the shipping date. For example, purchases made at any time during March will receive the first shipment in mid-April. All shipments may be subject to delays due to weather, high courier volume, or unexpected circumstances.

WINTER NOTICE: Our Canadian Winters can pose a problem when shipping alcohol across this huge country. We watch the forecast VERY closely (frozen wine is no fun!) and there are times when we need to delay your shipment for several days or weeks. This may be because of temperatures in Calgary, where your order originates, en route, or in your province/territory. As soon as Mother Nature provides us with a safe shipping window, we will update you with tracking information.
