Delivery Issues

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your delivery. That is certainly not the experience we hope for our members! We understand that not everyone can be home during the day to receive their package or be able to pick up the package from the nearest depot, so we have a couple of options in case you miss your delivery:

If you require an additional delivery attempt, please get in touch with us right away to let us know. We would be happy to contact your courier on your behalf and submit a request for a second or third delivery attempt.

If you are not home during the delivery timeframe and would like your package to be redirected to an alternate daytime address, please feel free to reach out. Our team will contact your courier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
