How Do I Pause My Subscription?

You can suspend your subscription through your online account

You can pause your subscription through your account on our website by clicking on "login" in the top right corner of the homepage and logging into your account.

Once logged in, you'll land on your main account page. Look for your active subscription, where you'll find a 'Manage' button. Click on it and select 'PAUSE' from the PAUSE/CANCEL option.

From there, a side window will pop up and you'll be able to pause your subscription for up to 3 months.

Be sure to click the PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION button to confirm your selection.

Remember, your account will automatically resume after the paused period ends unless you re-pause it. To resume your subscription prior to the initially chosen month, please contact us as this action can only be done from our end.
