You can suspend your subscription through your account on our website by clicking on "login" in the top right corner of the homepage and logging into your account.
Once you are logged in the icon will change to "My Account". Click the My Account link and then click My Account again to access your account details.
You will see a tab that says "Subscriptions & Gifts" :
Under that tab, below the Actions heading, there are several little icons including a wrench:
Click on that wrench to suspend your subscription.
Choose how many months you would like to pause your subscription from the drop-down menu and click the "Suspend My Subscription" button to confirm. You can suspend for up to 4 months at a time. Be sure to suspend before the 5th of the month if you do not want to receive this month's beers. Your account will automatically resume after the suspension period ends, so please keep that in mind.
Once you have suspended your account, please go back to the "Subscriptions & Gifts" page and under "Status" it will be marked as suspended. If it's not then please try again since the suspension did not successfully process.
