You can update the number of boxes to your shipment through your account on our website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and logging in to your account.
Select "Manage Subscriptions".
Scroll down and on the left side of the page select "Product" (your subscription type will be listed here as well).
An "Edit Product" popup will appear. Update how many packages you would like to receive under Quantity and once done, click Select "Update".
Please note, recurring charges are processed on the 8th, in the month your subscription box is shipped. The months when subscription charges are processed will depend on your subscription type:
Quarterly plan charges are applied on the 8th of March, June, September, and December
Bi-monthly plan charges are applied on the 8th of February, April, June, August, October, and December
Once a season's order has been processed and payment has been completed, we cannot make changes to your order so please ensure you are updating your shipment before the 8th of your ship month. If you only wanted to update the amount for one month, please ensure you change the quantity back to 1 before your next charge date.
