You are free to cancel your subscription at any time! Kwaf will never lock you into a long-term subscription, and there are no hidden fees or penalties for cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription through your account on our website https://www.kwaf.ca/ by clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and logging in to your account.
Select "Manage Subscriptions".
Scroll down and on the bottom left-hand side of the page select "Cancel Subscription".
Please note, recurring charges are processed on the 8th, in the month your subscription box is shipped. The months when subscription charges are processed will depend on your subscription type:
Quarterly plan charges are applied on the 8th of March, June, September, and December
Bi-monthly plan charges are applied on the 8th of February, April, June, August, October, and December
As long as the cancellation is done before the 8th of a shipment month, you will not receive any further charges or receive new deliveries. However, if you cancel after the charge has already been processed, we cannot cancel or refund the order and you will receive the final delivery that has been paid for.
Once cancelled, you will be sent a cancellation email from us to confirm. If you do not receive this please contact us as the cancellation was not successful.
