You can switch your subscription type through your account on our website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and logging in to your account.
Select "Manage Subscriptions".
Scroll down and on the left side of the page select "Product" (your subscription type will be listed here as well).
An "Edit Product" popup will appear. Select "Swap Product" and then choose which new subscription type you would like.
Once selected, the new subscription type will appear. Please select "Swap Product" again to confirm the change.
Please note, recurring charges are processed on the 8th, in the month your subscription box is shipped. The months when subscription charges are processed will depend on your subscription type:
Quarterly plan charges are applied on the 8th of March, June, September, and December
Bi-monthly plan charges are applied on the 8th of February, April, June, August, October, and December
Once a season's order has been processed and payment has been completed, we cannot make changes to your order so please ensure you are updating your subscription before the 8th of your ship month in order for the change to take effect.
