Welcome to Canada Craft Club!

Our deadline for purchases is the 10th of the month. If you signed up on or before the 10th, you can expect a package at the end of the month. If you purchased after the 10th, your first package will arrive the next month.

We will send an email to you on the 11th of the month letting you know we're preparing a package and when to expect it. Please check the junk/spam folder as a lot of our emails end up there the first time around. Once the package has shipped, we will send another email with your tracking information.

For gifts, emails are sent to the gift recipient on the 11th with our scheduled shipping timeline. Once the order ships, an email is sent to the gift purchaser so the delivery can be monitored. We try to ensure that everyone is aware of the pending delivery since coordinating to be home to accept the package is important and we want to be sure that receiving your gift is clear and simple.

Keep in mind that you have full access to our online store if that's just too long to wait! Our store orders ship daily Mon-Fri.
