My package is begin returned, what now?

We always do our best to make sure you or your gift recipient receives your beer without any issues.

Our 'Heads Up' email, sent on the 11th of each month, provides a shipping timeline so you can get ready for the upcoming delivery. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you another email with the tracking number so you can follow your beer’s journey. Please note for gift purchases, all tracking information is sent to the purchaser.

Sometimes, packages aren’t successfully delivered and end up being returned to us. This usually happens because no one was available to sign for the delivery or the package went unclaimed after delivery attempts. You can find more information about our couriers and shipping rules on our Shipping page.

If we receive a returned package, we’ll email you to figure out the next steps. We always reship your first returned package free of charge.

If a package is returned to us a second time, or if you have multiple returned shipments, we can reship it for a small fee (base shipping cost of $15 + tax and any applicable shipping fees).

If you’d rather not receive your returned package, we can cancel the delivery and send you a Canada Craft Club gift card for the value of the package, minus the $15 + tax return shipping fee and a $10 + tax restocking fee.
