How Does Gifting Work?

You can find all of our gift packages here. All of our gifts can be gifted for 1-12 months.

We want to make sure you have all the information you need before making your purchase. When placing a gift order we will require the following information:

  • The recipient's name

  • The recipient's email address

  • The recipient's shipping address (including unit numbers and buzz codes if applicable)

  • The recipient's phone number

Our package pricing already includes the base shipping costs, but please keep in mind that additional fees may apply depending on the destination. Don't worry, any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout after you have entered your recipient's shipping address. We also want to remind you that taxes will be applied to your purchase based on the postal code entered for the shipping address. This is just our way of ensuring that the appropriate provincial taxes are charged for packages being shipped.

When completing your purchase, you have the option to add a special message for the lucky gift recipient in their Welcome Email. Plus, you can select a date before their first package's arrival for the delivery of their welcome email. We want to make sure they feel extra special and excited about their upcoming deliveries before they receive notice of an upcoming package.

After completing your purchase, you will have created an account for yourself as well as a separate account for your gift recipient using the email you provided during sign-up. Your gift recipient will have full access to our online store and all the amazing member benefits and discounted prices as long as their gift is active and they are logged into their account.

We want to make sure that your recipient is well-informed and prepared for their package delivery. That's why we will be sending them a Heads Up Email on the 11th of the month. This email will not only let them know when their package is expected to ship but also provide important details such as cutoff dates for address or courier changes, as well as delay requests. To keep everyone in the loop, tracking emails will be sent to the purchaser. We kindly ask that you pass along this tracking information to your recipient, so they can eagerly anticipate their upcoming delivery.

Since gifts are all paid in full and in advance, once the last package is sent, the gift is considered complete and there is no need to cancel.
