How/When will My Gift Recipient Be Notified?

Why do you need the recipient's email? This is a surprise! Will they find out right away?

When making your purchase, we offer the option to include a personalized message for your gift recipient in their Welcome Email. You can also choose a specific date for the delivery of their welcome email by simply clicking on the calendar icon. Our goal is to minimize any confusion by notifying your recipient of their gift before they receive notice of an upcoming package. The welcome email will also include an account activation link which will set them up for member pricing in our online store and communication regarding upcoming shipments.

After they have activated their account in the welcome email, the next email that your recipient will be sent is a "Heads Up" email on the 11th of the month. This email is simply to let them know that we're getting their order ready and to give them an idea of when they can expect their order to ship. We want to make sure they have plenty of time to make any necessary updates to their address or delay their shipment if they won't be available.

All tracking information is sent to the purchaser so please ensure that you are forwarding any tracking information to your recipient so they can monitor their delivery.

Has your recipient reached out about not receiving an email? No worries, it happens sometimes! Make sure they check their junk/spam folder. Depending on their email settings, it may have ended up there.
